Throughout the experience, you’ll receive deeply relaxing and invigorating sauna treatments, including traditional leaf whisking to stimulate circulation and calm the nervous system, aroma-infused steam using pure essential oils, and mineral-rich salt scrubs to refresh and detoxify the skin. You’ll be guided through rounds of heating and cooling to invigorate your body and deepen the detox process, with breathwork techniques designed to amplify your relaxation and clarity.

If it’s your first sauna experience, expect a calming ritual that soothes the mind, unwinds the body, and reconnects you with the raw beauty of nature. Inspired by Lithuanian sauna traditions, this multi-round ritual blends heat, steam, and mindful techniques for profound physical and mental benefits. As the heat works its magic, experience rhythmic leaf whisking, skin-nourishing treatments, and breathwork techniques that help you drop into stillness. Feel your body soften, your mind quietens, and your energy rebalances perfectly with fire, air, water, and earth.

An expert sauna master will guide you soulfully throughout the experience, ensuring you feel comfortable, safe, and deeply held in this ancient practice. No experience is necessary.

  • Robe (optional) for the cooling rounds and when changing.
