Community Sessions
Come and share the heat with whoever else is in the circle that day. Sessions are unhurried, the welcome is warm, and you don't need to know anything or anyone to show up. Either come on your own, bring some friends, or bring someone you love.
Private Bookings
Have the sauna for yourselves. Up to ten people, the whole site to yourself, just your people and the heat. We've had birthdays, hen dos, stag dos, pre-wedding gatherings and everything in between. If you want to celebrate somewhere a bit different, this is it.
Special Events
Deeper sessions, guided rituals, and collaborations with people we love. Think breathwork, yoga, leaf whisking, scent infusions, restorative sessions for mums. More coming soon, but if you want to be first to know, or you'd like to bring something to the meadow yourself, get in touch.
We're tucked into Penn Meadow Farm, a working farm and campsite in the Chilterns just outside Beaconsfield. They have alpacas, pigs and horses to enjoy. There's something about arriving here that starts the work before you've even got in the sauna. The fields, the sky, the fact that nothing here is in a hurry.
We are also a short 5 minute walk away from the oldest pub in England, The Royal Standard.
The ritual is a simple one. Get warm. Cool down. Rest. Go again. Each round takes you a little further from whatever you walked in with.
